Sealprem DGR30P U Section

DGR30P is a high performance polyisobutylene (PIB) sealant manufactured from the latest rubber polymer technology. Available in grey only and in a 50mm x 6mm x 8.3m ‘U’ section, the product is supplied on a clear polyester liner, for ease of removal on site.

Applied within the ‘U’ section is a white polyethylene foam tape (SWP33). The product has been developed in conjunction with a major roofing and cladding contractor for use as a sealant on reduced cut back end laps on composite roof panel constructions.

Applications include:

  • Side and end lap seal and detailing in metal and fibre cement roofing and cladding systems
  • Bedding door and window frames
  • Sealing rooflight side and end laps
  • Bedding trims and roof vents
  • Air, dust and water seals in compression joints and seams
