Sealprem Employees Win Apprentices of the Year and Small Business of the Year Awards

Our trophy cabinet just got bigger here at Sealprem – two of our apprentices have received Apprentice of the Year awards, and Sealprem has received the Small Business of the Year award.

Hannah Drewery, who is currently undertaking a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, won Business Apprentice of the Year from North Lindsay College. Hannah was nominated by Vicki Cox, our Sales Office Manager, who said “Hannah has picked up the role very quickly and always puts 110% into her work. When she has a day off, it is felt everywhere within the business – she is missed by colleagues and customers alike. She stays late to help without being asked, and some customers prefer to deal with her exclusively due to her friendly and helpful nature. She has made our workload much more manageable, and most importantly, our customers are extremely happy with the service she offers and keep returning. Hannah inspires us every single day with her can-do attitude and always goes above and beyond. ”.

Lina Naulickaite, who is nearly a year into a Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship, won the Apprentice of the Year Award for General Engineering from East Riding College. Managing Director Stewart Morgan nominated Lina, and said “Lina has brought a real aptitude for problem-solving and design to the business. She is like a sponge for knowledge – she just wants to learn and always goes the extra mile to achieve outstanding results. Her keen eye for detail has already saved us thousands of pounds! Her enthusiasm is infectious, she is diligent, proactive, resourceful, and a pleasure to work with. She has a bright future!” Lina will be invited to accept her award at the awards celebration in April.

Sealprem as a company won North Lindsay College’s Small Business of the Year Award for our support of apprentices. In particular, it was noted that our apprentices find our team helpful and approachable, and feel supported by the company.

We’re very proud of our apprentices and their achievements and are looking forward to seeing what’s in store for them after they complete their apprenticeships later this year.
